Financial support: Payment reminders, record keeping of expenses, guidance for financial priorities and goals

Vendor Support: Provide recommendations and determine pricing for vendor options, schedule vendor meetings (and attend meetings if desired), review vendor proposals and contracts, distribute payments and gratuities as necessary.

Event design: Determine wedding style, design inspiration, and color palette in collaboration with the client, create a floor plan including design elements and guest count, source stationer, florist, vendors for décor and accessories, and attend design meetings if desired.
​
Venue management: Serve as the point of contact with the venue through the planning process, consult with your venue about rules, regulations, and guidelines for event production, plan and attend a final details walk-through to ensure all elements are as expected.
PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING
Do you want to be the primary decision maker while still receiving some guidance along the way? The Partial Wedding Package provides just that. You are given ample resources and support to create your perfect day with us right beside you, but never overstepping.

Event design: Support the discovery of wedding style, design inspiration, and color palette in collaboration with the client, create a floor plan including design elements and guest count
Plan and attend a final details walk-through to ensure all elements are as expected
MONTH-OF-COORDINATION
The Month-of-Coordination package is an excellent fit for couples who are confident in their own planning skills but who want to enjoy their seamless day in style! We will meet to discuss your needs and will take over primary communication with vendors and other planning details one month before your big day.
